The Cowgirl BBQ is a pretty darn famous restaurant on Guadalupe Street in Santa Fe, New Mexico. You may have read about it in the New York Times (great margaritas), The Wall Street Journal (best Nachos), Cowboys and Indians Magazine (One of the Best BBQ joints in the West), or maybe you've seen the Cowgirl on Rachel Ray's Forty Dollars a Day TV show. And of course the locals just love the Cowgirl as evidenced by year after year of Best of Santa Fe awards from the Santa Fe Reporter's readers poll.
