BLUE CORN ENCHILADAS
The Classic Santa Fe dinner (Santa Feans discovered the blue corn tortilla.) A flat enchilada made with blue corn tortillas, lean ground beef or chicken and cheese. Served with Spanish rice and refired beans. Choice of red or green chile. (Available as a cheese-only enchilada -- upon request.)
MARIA'S COMBINATION PLATE
This sampler includes a cheese enchilada, a taco with guacamole, a tamale, and a chile relleno. Served with Spanish rice and refried beans. (Available as vegetarian.)
THE GARLIC BUTTER NEW YORK
A favorite at Maria's for years. A thick, choice New York cut, charbroiled to your specification, basted while cooking with fresh garlic butter. Served with Spanish rice, onion rings and a garden-fresh dinner salad
FAJITAS - BEEF, CHICKEN, OR VEGETARIAN
Served on a sizzling platter with guacamole and our own pico-de-gallo on the side. Includes choice of a garden-fresh dinner salad or a cup of soupy beans or posole (both made the old Santa Fe style!).
STEAK & RELLENO
A petite-cut top sirloin steak, charbroiled and served with one of Maria's famous chile rellenos. Served with green chile.
CHILD'S PLATE
For youngsters under twelve only. A choice of a taco or rolled cheese enchilada. Served with Spanish rice and refired beans. (Kids love our Buenos Nachos and Mexican Pizza -- just order them wtihout the jalapenos.)

Best lunch value in town. Plenty of parking in rear. Great, spicy salsa keeps coming and coming. House margarita $6.50 all around Tequila flight Guacamole...more
